Welcome to MeWeBe: What You Can Do on Day One

You've joined and your 500 MWB Coins are in your account. Here is what to do next.

This is the practical guide for your first 24 hours on MeWeBe: what to do, where to go, and how the platform actually works before you figure it out by accident.

What MeWeBe is, in two minutes

MeWeBe is a startup network with an unusual structure. Founders bring their ideas here, and MeWeBe helps build and grow them, either free in exchange for a small equity share or as a funded build where the founder keeps full ownership. Every startup also pledges a percentage of future profits to a shared community pool.

Members like you are the other side of that equation. You build standing by participating: posting in the forum, backing startups in the league, completing daily streaks. MWB Coins track that standing.

The long-term goal is Stage 3 of the roadmap, the Payout Era, where the community pool funds recurring monthly distributions to members. That is a goal, not a promise: it depends on the startups succeeding, the pool growing, and a legal and regulatory process the founder has not yet completed. But it is the direction everything here is pointed.

Start at /how-it-works if you want the full picture.

Your first 24 hours

Log in and complete your profile. A profile photo and a filled-in bio do not earn you coins, but they make your forum posts land better. People respond to real presences, not blank avatars.

Claim your daily streak. The streak is the easiest coin source on the platform. Log in every day, interact, and the counter increments. You do not need to do anything elaborate: log in, look around, and the streak counts.

Read a few forum threads. Anyone can read the forum. Have a look at what people are discussing. The threads cover SEO and AI search, startup building, AGI, UBI and the broader future that MeWeBe is building towards. Pick one you know something about.

Post your first reply. Verified members earn 20 MWB Coins per forum post, up to five a day. Your first contribution does not have to be long: a sharp two-sentence observation on a thread you find interesting is more valuable than a paragraph of filler.

Vote in an open poll. Polls run regularly and they cost nothing. The vote earns you coins; the collective opinion helps shape platform decisions.

How to build up MWB Coins

Here are the main ways to accumulate coins on the platform:

  • Join and verify. You started with 500 coins just for creating your account.
  • Daily streaks. Log in consistently and keep the streak alive.
  • Forum posts. 20 MWB per post, for verified members, up to five posts a day.
  • Poll votes. Cast your vote when polls are open.
  • Referrals. Invite someone and they join: 250 MWB to you, 500 to them. A genuine referral is one of the fastest ways to grow your coin balance.
  • Backing startups in the league. Allocate your support to a startup in the fantasy league; if the startup performs well, your backing earns coins.
  • Achievements. There are 25 achievements to collect, each tied to a milestone on the platform.

MWB Coins have no cash value today. They track your contribution and standing in the network: your position when and if Stage 3 arrives. Think of them as a score, not a balance.

The forum

Go to /forum and browse by topic. The main categories are:

  • SEO & AI-SEO: search, AI search, and getting found in a world where LLMs are changing traffic patterns
  • Growth & Marketing: acquisition, referrals, virality
  • Startups & Founders: building, backing and scaling; this is where the most activity is
  • The Future: AGI, quantum computing, robotics, nanotech, gene-editing, UBI

The forum is worth reading even before you post. The threads tend to run with concrete opinions and a low tolerance for vague generalisations. If you have something specific to add, add it. If you want to ask a question, ask it directly.

Anyone can read. Verified members earn coins for posting. Posts that add nothing do not earn respect even if they earn coins, so the incentive and the quality bar are roughly aligned.

The startup league

The leaderboard has two sides: top members by coin balance, and the startup performance league.

The league currently lists nine network startups: FailForum, Feteb, Everb, eBRBe, SwipeStory, VIPLIMS, MeweApps, MeweMarket, and BaceB. Each is scored daily on activity metrics including likes, visits, subscribers and backing. The scores update every 24 hours.

Backing a startup is not a financial transaction. You are not buying equity or lending money. You are allocating your community support to a team, the way you might back a team in a fantasy football league. The coins you earn from backing are part of the platform's points system, with no cash value.

The practical value of following the league is that it keeps you close to what Stage 2 of the roadmap will look like: real startups, real pledges, the first real inflow into the community pool.

Where we're going

The roadmap is at /roadmap. The short version:

Stage 1, the Game Era, is where we are now. The platform is live, members are joining and participating, the nine startups are in the league, and the coin economy is running.

Stage 2, Real Startups, is next. This is where network startups move from league participants to signed pledge holders, committing a real percentage of future profits to the community pool.

Stage 3, the Payout Era, is the goal. If Stages 1 and 2 succeed, the pool grows, and the legal and regulatory conditions are met, MeWeBe's aim is to switch on recurring monthly distributions to members.

That is a genuine goal and not a certainty. The founder has been clear about that. The coins you earn now build your standing in a system that is trying to get to Stage 3, and the earlier you are, the more standing you have built if it arrives.

How to get involved beyond coins

Post in the forum. Back a startup and follow its progress. Refer someone who would get something out of it. Look at the startups in the network: if one is building something you can genuinely help with, the platform is designed for that kind of connection.

If you have a startup idea and want to explore how MeWeBe could help build it, the application process is at /startup. Applications get a response within five to seven working days.
