1. Introduction

Welcome to MeWeBe ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, joining our network, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. MeWeBe is a community platform and is provided for community engagement and entertainment purposes.

2. MeWeBe Coins — Virtual Items (No Monetary Value)

"MeWeBe Coins" ("MWB," "Coins," or "points") are a virtual, in-app reward and engagement system, similar to the coins, points, gems or tokens used in mobile games and apps. You earn Coins by participating — logging in, completing missions, quests, polls, referrals, forum posts and other activities — and you may optionally purchase Coins or supporter packages. Coins exist solely to track participation, unlock features, climb leaderboards and collect more points for enjoyment within the MeWeBe platform.

2.1. No Monetary Value

Coins are not money and have no monetary or cash value. They are not, and shall not be construed as, legal tender, currency, electronic money, a deposit, a security, a financial instrument, a commodity, a cryptocurrency, or any kind of investment or financial product. Coins:

• cannot be redeemed, exchanged, cashed out, withdrawn or converted into cash, real money, goods, services or any cryptocurrency;
• are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only — they are not sold, owned by you, or transferable outside the platform;
• carry no interest, dividend, ownership, equity or profit entitlement; and
• confer no expectation of financial gain or return of any kind.

We may, at our sole discretion and at any time, modify, suspend, expire, reset, or remove Coins or the Coin system, in whole or in part, without notice and without any liability or obligation to compensate you. Coins have no value upon suspension or termination of your account or of the service.

2.2. Optional Contributions & Purchases

Joining MeWeBe is free. Any payment you make — whether a one-off or monthly "contribution," supporter package, or Coin purchase — is a voluntary payment to support the platform's development. It is not an investment, deposit, loan, donation with strings attached, or a purchase of any security, equity or financial interest, and it does not entitle you to any monetary return, profit share, or (except where required by law) refund. A contribution or purchase may grant additional Coins, cosmetic status, weighting or features within the platform only.

2.3. The Road to Profit Sharing & UBI — Our Intent, Honestly Stated

MeWeBe's founding goal is a community where the value created by network startups is shared with members — an ongoing, UBI-style distribution, and Coins that can one day be used for transactions and services within the network. We are building toward that in stages: (1) Today, the platform is a gamified community and Coins are virtual participation points with no monetary value (Section 2.1). (2) Next, network startups pledge a share of their future profits to the community pool as they grow. (3) The goal: when network startups generate sustained profits, we intend to introduce community distributions and practical uses for Coins.

Any such launch is conditional — on profitability, legal and regulatory approval, and our sole discretion — and will be governed by separate terms published at that time, which may include identity verification and eligibility requirements. Participation history and Coin activity may be taken into account in the design of any future program, but until such a program is launched, Coins confer no right to money, profit, income or any financial benefit, and you should not join, contribute, or acquire Coins in the expectation of financial profit. References across the platform to "profit sharing," "UBI," "monthly income," "a share for the planet," "earning," "returns," "yields," "staking," "backing," or "the payout era" describe this roadmap and aspiration — not a current offer, solicitation or promise, and nothing on the platform is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

2.4. For Entertainment & Community Engagement

The MeWeBe platform — including Coins, quests, polls, leaderboards, the startup "exchange"/"league," and the forum — is provided for community engagement and entertainment. "Backing," "staking" and predictions made with Coins are a game mechanic and do not represent real investment in, ownership of, or any financial interest in any company.

3. For Startups & Builders

3.1. Intellectual Property (IP)

If you submit an idea or business plan to us ("Submission"):

• Your Ownership: You retain ownership of your original intellectual property.
• License: By submitting, you grant MeWeBe a license to review and evaluate your submission for the purpose of providing grants or partnership offers.
• Collaborative Works: If we enter a partnership (Grant/Equity or Funded Build), a separate agreement will detail IP ownership of the jointly developed technology.

3.2. Equity & Grants

Terms regarding equity stakes (e.g., the 3-7% model) or development grants will be governed by a separate, binding contract signed upon acceptance into the program.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our services. This includes attempting to manipulate the "MeWeBe Coin" system, submitting fraudulent business applications, or engaging in any activity that harms the integrity of the network.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeWeBe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
